Endless roads and bridges to cross the beautiful fjords of Norway
Norway
Not everyone knows it, but Norway is probably one of the most beautiful countries in the world. It is no wonder that the Norwegians love the outdoor and being active. You will see kids hiking the mountains, you have problems conquering. You will see families on bikes, touring around on their summer vacation. At wintertime, kids will do tricks on the piste, and do not feel ashamed if they overtake you.
Norway is famous for its fjords, its ice-cold streams, and beautiful, green mountains. Norway is the longest country in Europe. Its coastal lines are about 25,148 km. It is one of the most mountainous countries in Europe with an average elevation of 460 meters. None of the mountains are very high but this makes them green most year around and easy for most hikers. It is important, though, to always notify the local tourist office before hiking a difficult mountain or during winter or autumn. Remember to always let someone know that you went hiking. If you are lucky, you might find some cloudberries while hiking. The Norwegians love them, so they won’t tell you where they find them.

The most important day in Norway is the 17th of May. This is their national day and they celebrate it well in their national outfit called bunad with plenty of cake and with friends and family.
